The completely redesigned control panel with elegant OLED display and illuminated soft-touch buttons gives you quick and easy access to all important sounds and function.
Edit and save playing and sound settings conveniently via your smartphone or tablet. With the GEWA Piano Remote App, you have detailed access to sounds, effects, keyboard parameters, metronome, layer and split settings, the recording function, the constantly growing library of the Lesson function, and much more.
Define your favourite sounds for fast and direct access. With the Favorite function, you can freely assign and name six memory locations via the GEWA Piano Remote app. They are stored directly in the piano and can be called up at any time, even without connecting to the app.
The UP395 has a novel 3-way speaker system that uses 6 high-quality visaton speakers in total (2x basses, 2x mids, 2x tweeters). The additional digital sound processor takes care of a well-balanced audio signal. Through the special orientation of each speaker, the pianist has almost the same sound experience as with a real concert grand piano.
Our proprietary Concert Pianist II keyboard gives you the finest control over touch response via mechanical pressure point simulation - even in very quiet passages. The zone-weighted hammered keyboard is equipped with wooden elements and a pleasant Ivory Touch surface. Real sound - real playing feel.
The high-quality keyboard has an additional great feature: the User Calibration Tool allows you to fine-tune the sensitivity of each individual key, according to your preferences.
In accordance with our philosophy, all GEWA pianos, regardless of the model series, are equipped with the Hamburg Grand Piano sound. These are high-resolution samples of a Steinway D274 concert grand, whose sounds we have recorded down to the last nuance without artificially influencing them.
The latest DSP and memory technology enables optimal sound generation that transports and implements all facets of the high-resolution samples.
The integrated Bluetooth module not only allows you to play music from your smartphone through the piano's speaker system but is also fully compatible with learning apps such as Flowkey, Skoove or Simply Piano.
All instruments of the DP and UP series are not only assembled, calibrated and tested on site, but are also played and checked in detail by a professional pianist directly before delivery.
At its core, it's all about quality.
To ensure that we can meet this demand at all times and without compromise, we develop and manufacture GEWA Made in Germany instruments at our premises.
Our digital pianos are designed and developed on site by our expert teams and manufactured by qualified professionals. This is where ultra-modern production to the latest standards meets traditional craftsmanship in instrument manufacture. The best of both worlds.
Vision becomes reality.
In the field of electronic musical instruments, such as digital pianos, but also our innovative e-drums, the GEWA development department is supported here, in the so-called Silicon Saxony, by a network of renowned technology companies from areas such as mobility, space travel, biotechnology and IT. Together with our partners, we research and develop the technology of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
Tradition becomes the present.
Loving craftsmanship at the highest level is what our workshops in the Vogtland region of Saxony stand for. For decades, masterful string instruments and award-winning instrument cases have been developed and built here. Our digital pianos successfully carry on this heritage.
EVERY instrument is played and checked in detail by a professional pianist directly before delivery.
You will hear, see and feel the difference.
